This licence carries the rights and obligations stipulated in the Regulations made under the above mentioned Act. In pursuance of this obligation, the licensee shall pay in due manner and time the scheduled Marking Fee set out in the, Second Schedule hereto and maintain to the satisfaction of the BUREAU the Scheme of Testing and’Inspection a copy of which is attached hereto.
